Testimonials
” I did a swim with Aqua Adventure at Rhoscolyn earlier this year. It was a fantastic experience and I had a great time. The group of swimmers were mixed abilities and were all very friendly and helpful. Our guide, Nikki, was extremely knowledgeable regarding the location and local tides and conditions. Nikki lead the swim and between her and the boat safety cover it was a safe and relaxing environment. We swam around the small Island in Rhoscolyn Bay and it was fascinating to observe some of the sea birds from a different perspective”.
“All in all I had a great time and will definitely be booking on one of the many other swims that Aqua Adventure offer”

“A magnificent swim!“
“Me and my son were part of an organised swim from Bull Bay on the 10th September and we had an absolutely brilliant time! The weather was kind to us and Nikki from Aqua Adventure Swims explained that we would swim to abandoned brick works about 4km along the coast. The swim was amazing, the water was clear and the coastline interesting with caves and coves unseen from land. It was a hard swim be incredibly rewarding. Nikki remained upbeat and professional at all times, patiently keeping pace with the swimmers at the back of the pod. the safety boat was also always in view. When we reached the old brick factory that didn’t disappoint either and nor did the cakes that Nikki produced for the hungry swimmers to devour. We were aided by the tide on the return journey which made it easier. It was an absolutely fantastic day. Id never swum 8 kilometer’s in a day before and neither had my son so we were both pretty pleased with ourselves. I know they do other swims and we hope to do more one day soon”.

“My swim with Aqua Adventure last weekend was everything I love in a long swim – an exciting route, awesome landscapes, fresh, clear water, and really good fun! Nikki and her team made sure we were all very safe, keeping a constant eye on all the swimmers. The picnic at our first stopping point at the historic former brickworks was a welcome treat and we had time to wander and clamber around the site. Our return swim journey was wonderful, we took it a little easier and enjoyed the advantage of a tidal push. Thanks for sorting the weather for us Nikki.
” A really great day.”

I really enjoyed my sea swim experience with Aqua Adventures Swims. The guided, tide assisted swim out of Bull Bay took us past the beautiful headlands. This was full of sea caves I’d never seen before with plenty of other scenery and wildlife along the 4km to brickworks cove. Nikki and the support team were brilliant, with great check in points along the way. Although I have been doing lots of open water swimming for the last five years, I do still feel quite new and although I am confident and able, I feel this is a healthy awareness, and reminds me, its safety first, and the AAS team certainly did their job well on the day. The meeting place was well organised with great entrance and exit points. We stayed over in the scenic cove, with refreshments, activities provided and waited for the tide to turn before the 4km swim returning to Bull Bay. I will certainly be going on another trip with these guys. They are well organised, safety conscious and reasonably priced. I felt safe as possible for this kind of activity.”
“You’ll want to go back, I do and will.”
