Rhoscolyn Sea Swim

Rhoscolyn Sea Swim

Situated on the South Western corner of Holyhead, is Rhoscolyn village, home to Borth Wen Beach, also known as Rhoscolyn Beach. This special find is hidden within the winding county roads of Rhoscolyn, taking you to the most southerly point on Holyhead’s Island.

Being one of the most sheltered beaches in Anglesey, this little sandy crescent is an amazing place to go on an adventure swim.

Tiny rocky outcrops spring from the seabed, displaying dashes of colour as the different seaweeds roll with the tide below.

Standing just at the mouth of Rhoscolyn bay towers a large rocky island, a resting place to an abundance of seabirds like the Sandpiper and Cormorants, visible to you as you swim on by.

Total Cost £35.00
